Do you give prices before starting work?
Yes. We diagnose the problem, explain your options and give you a price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Call before noon for the best chance at a same-day visit.
Which areas do you serve?
Cypress, Katy, Tomball and nearby neighborhoods in northwest Houston.
Do you charge a trip fee?
No trip fee anywhere in our service area. Repair visits have an $89 diagnosis fee that’s waived if you go ahead with the repair.
How long do water heaters last?
Most tank water heaters last 8–12 years. Tankless units often last 15–20 years with yearly maintenance.
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If it’s over 10 years old and the repair costs more than a third of a new unit, replacing is usually the better deal. If the tank itself is leaking, it has to be replaced.
Are chemical drain cleaners safe?
We don’t recommend them. They often leave part of the clog behind and can damage older pipes over time.
How do I know if I have a slab leak?
Common signs are warm spots on the floor, the sound of running water when nothing is on, and a water bill that keeps rising. Turn off all water and check whether your meter is still moving.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes. Labor is covered for one year, and new equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register for you.
